I'm on Vacation

from 11/13-12/1  so nice not having to go to work like many of you other folks..sleeping til 11 or so...nice leisurely
cups of coffee in the AM over a couple cigarettes...


life  is rough...

Thank you, Nauty.  I have some computer related stuff to do (transfer stuff from hard drive of old computer to new one) figure out why some weird stuff has happened on my ipod, clean the garage, blow leaves off the lawn and mow it (if my back holds out) put up those little gizmos on the driveway so the snowplower (me) doesn't dig up my lawn..do a lot of nothing..my wife wants me to hang pictures in various rooms of the house but I have to avoid that.  She only sees out of one eye (and not very good at that) but can tell when the picture is 1/100000 of an inch out of balance and we always end up in a bit battle..avoid re-hanging curtains and any kind of clothes shopping with her.

I also have to refile my 2006/7 Massachusetts state income tax to take advantavge of the days I worked from home in New Hampshire..


I suspect I'll get less than 10% of it all done...sleeping and being lazy are just what I need after the stressful weeks I put in..

well, my wife has plenty for me to do...but I have plenty for me to do as well..so it's a batlle of wits, which I know I'm going to be losing..
