Hi, we're still here. My husband just called his friend to let him know you may be calling. It is busy right now. yes, they speak English and are American.
Contact #2 who has the detox center there is Chinese , but speaks English.  Oh, I hear my husband just got through to Contact #1. He has been through it all, and now has a family with three kids.  They are on the phone now..
