Often we find ourselves at the point where we are ready to give up. We get so far and then our bodies begin fighting with our brain and we find ourselves in a minefield of doubt. This is the exact pointwhere you decide how strong you are. Here is where you must dig down deep and find the extra strength to find the path out of the minefield ans walk once again on safe ground. Some decide it isn't worth the effort and others know that if they managed to get this far with the effort then perhaps an extra effort will take them towards where they are pointed. It's easy to say,'I can't do it."
If you decide to push on regardless of the pain and misgivings, each day the pain begins to lessen and soon you find yourself walking stronger and the load becoming lighter and lighter until you suddenly realize that it is gone altogether. Everything becomes better, your food tastes better, the way you look at your image in the mirror is brighter, your loved ones and friends are beaming with pride at what you have accomplished. All the things that you thought were lost forever are back and are much sweeter than you knew. Is the trip through withdrawal worth it? You can ask any who have peresevered and pushed there way through in spite of the odds and they will say the same thing," Don't wait do it now it is damn well worth the effort and the pain!" You have to ask yourself," What in the world am I waiting for? Am i less of a being as all the others?" How you answer that question is the mark of who you are. So, who are you, really?
