Good guess narla! But the cheese is for "The Cheese heads" who are Green Bay Packers fans. Green Bay is in the state of Wisconsin which is known for their cheese making.

Jade, football is far from boring if you are a fan. A lot of yelling and jumping around goes on in this house. And if you think it is violent, you should have seen them 40, 30 or even 20 years ago. Things are very different now. I guess we won't be converting you anytime too soon...LOL

I have read all your comments carefully and can't figure out what Cheese has to do with anything!  And, Ang, I've seen your towel on your profile and don't understand that either!!!  I guess since I am from CA, I would go with the Oakland Raiders.  I do know without googling, that Minnesota is the Vickings.  Sara, why don't you like your own states team??  

What I *do* know about football is it is very violent and boooooooring (sorry fans).  When the ticker says there is 2mins left, don't believe it since that can turn into an hour!  That's all I know about the game. LOL

Oh, then the lists of teams made...is showing who won the game?...but why just points at the bottom?

"You don't have to know anything about football".  That would be my category...LOL      Well...I know a little but not much...I know those guys are big with a few small ones scattered throughout so there's not a discrimination lawsuit. They cheat. They beat people up. One was fun on a date once. I like red,white and blue and Tom Brady. I LOVED Joe Namath (although I wasn't born yet!)    I'm not even sure how I did THIS week...I do put thought into it every week. I even call my brothers for advice. Except for the gay one; he's always at the theater and I'm jealous of him!    Thanks for letting me squeak in this week IBK!

Jade, no apology necessary. You are welcome to jump in any time lady. You don't have to know anything about football. You can pick by the prettiest team color, the QB's name or the CB's cutest bipee. Heck, most of the time I pick like a blind squirrel looking for an acorn. It's all in fun!!

You can butt in anytime Jade!!  This is our football pool we have going every year.  No prizes are given, just the bragging rights!!  We pick the teams we think are going to win each week and then the points are tallied after each week.  Narla, our aussie girl has never seen a football game but studies the stats every week and does very well.  You are welcome to start playing and an FYI, since you are from California there is a team from your state that you should really root for....THE RAIDERS BABY!!!!  lol
