Often if let go...amputation of the extrmeity is an answer...not a good one but seen it happen on more than one occasion...see ur dr soon

Fortwin is not entirely soluble in solution and it leaves residue in the vein or in the area around the injection site......,this can progress to fatal sepsis very quickly.......if you are sympotomatic on both arms you need real medical help and you need ist sson - - unless you wish to joint the group of amputees - - this is serious business.

If you know it's gangrene then you have a doctor.  You need to go there...
