help me thru

This is day 6 off of darvocet after a 13 year use for a back injury, and now a torn rotator cuff.  I just need to detox my body after being on it that long!  I have
3 small children under the age of 8, I am 43, and need some advice.  Are there any vitamens or supplements that help for the withdrawal symptoms? I can't
sleep at night, restless leg syndrome, and insomnia, and want to sleep all day.  I don't want to go to my physician to let him know that I am trying to get off
of the darvocet, because if I do need it in the future, because of the rotator cuff tear, I don't want to be in pain.  I can't have surgery, because I am a server,
and can't afford to be off work for 3 months.  So anyway, I am trying to find something to help me along without taking the darvocet, that can help me rather
than revert back.

Hey well my DOC is Norco and the main thing that helped with my withdrawls was Suboxone.... Not many doctors prescribe it but thank god for my insursance.... was only on it for 2 weeks and then started on Celexa to help with my depression... My brain was lacking seratonin and this has really helped me..... Also let your doctor know their are things he can prescribe to you, good luck and if u need anything Im here:)
