AllessandrasMom is right. MedHelp can do this for you. Use the 'Contact Us' at the bottom of the page. They get back to you fairly quickly.

Yes, you can change your screen name.  I did because I absolutely hated my old one!  Just contact medhelp and they will assist you.  You will not lose any other information.
