welll, now that im over a week the physicals are gone and i actually have felt the best i have ever felt going thru this im not trying to thnk about about the future which usually scares the sht outta me just kinda going with the flow, but music has always been apart of me and got me tru stuff so i was wondering if any of y have certain songs that either lift ur spirits or get u over the humo from thinking bout bad thoughts or usung or old days or even songs that mayb u cant listen to anymore cuz it makes u think bad or what not...for me when i go thru this i listen to rodney atkins "if ur going thru hell" thats the one that gets me a lil bit and makes me not thnk so much about withdralws or whatnot i was just curious if anyone else had any other songs that has and still helping u out???

I dont have a certain song, but a certain type SOUTHERN ROCK, Skynyrd,ZZ Top, Eagels, Outlaw,Allman, Blackfoot, 38 Special, Molly hatchet and so on. When im down I raelly crank it up in my car go driving and get lost in it, it helps me alot.

'If you're going thru hell'  was one of the ones I listened to the most.Also 'Thats Why I'm Here' by Kenny Chesney.  Music was the best therapy for me during w/ds,still is....All the best...Kim

Music is huge in helping the time go by while your in w/ds...A couple of mine have already been listed. "going through hell" and "Thats why I'm here" but another good one is "Its my Life" by Bon Jovi.

It's pretty cool to see everyone's music tastes too... dominosarah got me with Seether - awesome. :) For me it's anything lyrically or melodically inclined to agree with my mood. Staind, ill nino, Mudvayne to Talib Kweli, Lil Wayne, Eminem and everything in between... my musical spectrum is wacked out for sure!! :) I know ya'll are shocked that anything about me would be wacked out... lol
