20 mg of ambein

Hi all. I'm new here, but I've found some very interesting info about ambein that explains some of the stuff that has happened to me when I take it. As usual I took 10 mg earlier tonight and got about 3 hours sleep. I've taken another one and haven't gotten sleepy yet. I have a test in the morning and I know it's going to be hell to try and refresh for it, the memory loss thing worries me a lot. I'm going to try to wean myself off and try another remedy for sleep. Unless of course I end up with insomnia again....then I don't know what I'll do about that, but suffer. I also agree with whoever said not to take it and start emailing....that's bad, very bad. I've done it after taking ambein, then not being able to sleep got on the computer and started emailing everyone, god only knows what, some convoluted messages that should never have seen the light of day. Oh and don't let me get on instant messenger, then it's real bad. I'm going to try to stop taking it as often. It would be nice to get a nights sleep without the help of any prescription drugs.  I would also like to keep my mental capacities in decent shape from now on.

Plz be very careful with this drug!  Like said in the previous post, you will want to taper. I didn't and it wasn't pretty....trust me when I say that you will sleep just ad much as b4 taking if not more when you are done with this cra p. Plus your sleep will be much better!  Feel free to pm me.

For how long are you using ambien? It's a benzo-like med and needs to be tapered off very slowly, the wd's are no fun and the risk of seizure is way too high. It's completely normal to feel brain fogged
Can you talk to the dr that RX'ed it to you? Ask him for a tapering plan to come off it.
The 1/2 life is about 3 hours so it seems to me that you've been building tolerance...
There are a lot of natural sleeping help out there like Melatonin or valerian roots, did you ever try one of them?
