Addicted to pain meds

I have tave, Darvacet, Vicodin then NorcoI haven't taken Norco or any of the her pain meds since wed 8:00 a,m
Last night was the first night I was able to sleep and eat, I slept 6.5 hours. Thank God, cause I was sleep walkin Thurs, Friday and Sat. I still feel very week, Lots of anxiety, my doc called in an RX for clonepien (sp) 20 -0.5 tabs took a couple of .05 zanax from a friend to sleep.

Mr. Doctor said it would only a few days, today is have been spasm 3 days, feel my bones are separating  day 5, muscles in both of calves, feels like my bones are separating from my spine? Is this normal? can anyone tell me what else to expect?

Just wanted you to know you are not alone. I have heard over and over here that the 3rd - 4th day can be/are the most difficult. I totally relate to the feeling of bones seperating from muscle..I felt like my fingers, my hands were twisting and they were definitely going into spasm...lower back...something awful. Believe me..this too shall pass.and you can/will feel better. Drink lots of liquids...green tea, antioxidant teas...gatorade can help with the wd. Eatin Bananas for the potassium can help with the painful muscles in ankles. Scroll down to the bottom of page..see health pages..read Thomas's Recipe, Amino Acid Protocol..these supplements, vitamins, etc..can help the worst of the symptoms.
Keep posting..more people will answer your questions. Don't give up..it WILL get better.
