COMPLETE FRAUD...

I ADMIT IT...IM a COMPLETE FRAUD. Here's why: I feel like complete SHIKAKA but I'm at work PRETENDING that all is well in the world BECAUSE I KNOW that SOON it will be. I am saying I have the flu! WHY? Because EVERYONE has had the flu and we all know how terrible it feels but we also know that it DOESN'T LAST FOREVER and we just have to ride it out❕❗ I've never been a real health conscious person but you would never know it by seeing me take my vitamins dutifully and drinking all the water I can get . Im not one to socialize and hang out but LOOK AT ME NOW...flying around this site and talking to everyone and ENJOYING IT❕❗ This new fraudulent lifestyle is working for me and keeping me sober...I have given myself PERMISSION to WANT PILLS just not to TAKE THEM. I CAN'T stop the desire but I'm in control of my actions... So, this was just an update on DAY 2 of my journey. Hope you are all doing well.

Your not a fraudster you are an addict my friend, we will only discover who our true selves are when we quit the pills. You will be running around work soon telling everyone fresh air smells really great and your going to start a tree planting scheme, :D  Don't worry about nothing, everything will fall into place soon enough and you can enjoy your new outlook on the world. Being clean has sure opened up my eye's and its like I have to learn how to walk again, my whole outlook on life has truly changed.

Keep up the great fight my friend, your rocking day 2!!!

My mantra during detox was 'fake it til you make it'. I just pretended I was fine and happy until one day I was! It sounds silly, but it really did help. I guess it's better than just sitting around feeling sorry for yourself and dwelling on things. I think that you have done a great job so far. You've jumped in headfirst to your recovery. Hang on and keep doing what you're doing. One day you'll realize that it's sticking.
