Try running in the sunshine and you'll catch natural Vitamin D which is also great for mind & soul. Afterall....this is about our souls, Right? Good music seems to stimulate the soul as well.
Please don't give up. I was where you are only a few days ago and I promise you it gets better! I'm not claiming that I feel like Fred Flintstone andthat YABBAYABBAYOWZA!!! yell yet but I kind of feel like Barney Rubble on a decent day.

What is l-tyro and 5 htp? I went to the dr on day 3 and she increased my anti-depression meds & gave me sleeping pills. I told you I have tried everything. I keep thinking tomorrow will get better but it doesn't.

I'm 1 week ahead of you from CT off oxy's.
Have you tried L-tyro and 5htp? Did wonders for my anxiety. R&R music seems to help with my mood lately too. After sleeping only a few 2 or 3 hrs a night for the last 2 1/2 weeks I've slept for 7-8 hrs the last two nights. I feel like a deer in the headlights. Sleep will come.
Give it a few more days. If sleep doesn't come and your anxiety is still high then perhaps a trip to your doctor is in order but I think you'll find you'll be feeling MUCH better very shortly.
Whatever you do.....don't pick up!
