I would also add that I was on oral naltrexone once because I thought it would help me quit. It did not help because I really was not ready at the time. I have depression but it felt to me like the naltrexone was making me feel pretty strange and anxious .
I am sure that rapid detox does nothing for the bare receptors after the drug is removed and it also does nothing to make Your body start producing endorphins . You may also want to go get checked out and make sure that the naltrexone implant is not leaking . I had a friend whose implant burst on them. Hang in there friend and it will get better with time. good job on getting clean. Get in touch with your doc though, it could be a failed implant causing the extra problems
Hi there. I'm sorry somehow this got pushed back, but someone might know something about it.
I can say, going just CT, I still had some of what you're describing for 30-45 days. So it might be just part of the process. I believe just from reading, going through the rapid detox doesn't take away 100% of the feelings one experiences for a few weeks post stopping.
Congrats on your thirty days. Don't get discouraged. Each day will get better, even if it seems like baby steps...
