When will the worst of the physical symptoms subside. Just trying to get over that hump. Is my prolonged use (7) years an issue? I guess the good news is I always stuck with 4 a day 40mg Hydrocodone and never increased although I wanted to.

Get any sleep? I know it's hard, I've tried it before as well. Every minute feels like an hour. Keep posting and stay strong

72 would be around the hump but a week total. After 72 hrs it gets better.  Search for Thomas Recipe and drink lots of water. Exercise is good too even if it's just a walk down block

Hi you have come to a great place for support.Great job on quitting these pills.It is a good thing that you kept your use to 40 mgs per day.You should be through the worst of it by day 5 or 6 .Keep posting and let us know how you are
