Great I am glad it's almost over. Work is killing me but I'm surviving. Teridactyl I am glad there is someone going through this with me though I am sorry that you are going through it if that makes sense....So let's finish this battle and not look back
You're right on time. The worst is just about over...but don't do what I did...when i got that little bit of energy,.,,i went nuts...jogged, cleaned house, did yard work.....the next day....forget it...i jsut layed in bed i was so sore....so be nice to yourself right now....you're pretty raw and getting your legs back......still take it easy....20-30 min walk maybe....dont overdue....
conrats,,,you are in great position, almost out of the woods......
HI there. I am on day 5 also. CONGRATS! I still feel a bit shakey, and fatigued, but SO much better than the first 4 days. Like you, I too am afraid that this is a false feeling. Am I going to crash and feel like crap later today, or tomorrow? I don't know, but at the moment I DO have enough energy to go outside for a short walk, so that's what I'm going to do. I guess if I feel lousy later, I will deal with it then. Nothing can be quite as horrible as day 1,2, and 3 were. Right?
WE CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Day 4 and 5 for me was rough. Take pleasure that you feel good, and dont get discouraged if it turns south. Im on day 8 now and feel 100% better than day 4. I still have some aches in the back, a little stomach problems, and the good ole RLS (minor). Its getting better every day. Hang in there. You are doing great! Keep pumping the fluids!

Crud, I meant to say they a lot of people feel rough on day 4. I'm glad it's a better day for you! :)
Hi! Just enjoy today for what it is. If it is a good day, rejoice because a lot of people feel pretty rough on the day. We're all different, so your timetable will be different than someone else's. You will probably have some days that are better than others, but this is a positive, so go with it. So often we worry about the future and forget to live in the present (I, too, am guilty of this, a lot of us are). So, have a great day and think about tomorrow when it gets here!
