I feel so much better than yesterday emotionally. No physical issues. I ate breakfast and now im going for a walk outside. Its sunny, so happy for that. I am going to have lunch with a friend today also to get out of the house. Rock on day 4!

Hey Lee  good to see you great to see you clean......im happy for you  as with most of us  it is never as bad in reality as it is in our heads   now come the real challenge  living life on lifes terms without the use of drugs   I highly recamend N/A it will give you the skill set to get you threw it   all I know is it works for me  get to a meeting.......Gnarly

Yes the vitamins seem to be helping.  I have good days and bad but over all I feel ok.  This wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.  I hardly had any physical issues.

was a great day in socal I enjoyed it myself glad to see you are pulling it off... the best opart of your lunch was now you know that you can do it without the pills I was just like you everything seemed more alive with one or two pills a movie was more vivid a walk more energetic talking flowed easier but once you find out that was not true you will find the real escape that it was all in our mind and that we are all great people just happen to be addicts of one sort or another have a great day 5 a bulk up on the vitamins Monday will be kinda different your first day back at work.
