day10 no methadone

Well as the days go by it gets easier and easier. Still have horrible taste in my mouth and ulcers on my tounge. Other then that I feel alot better. I still get some energy crashes but not that bad. If anyone has any advice on how to get rid of these ulcers I would be very greatfull.

thanks....I got up this morning and all of them are gone but 1 (I had 3). The one that still remains was the bigest of the 3 but it is alot smaller then it was in the begining.

HI Jenn good to see you fighting the good fight and winning seen from your mood your sleep is still not perfict but at least your sleeping as for the sore in your mouth try hydrogen peroxide
3 times a day if it dont go away make an appointment with a dentist you dont need that getting infected .......Gnarly

thanks I heard that hydrogen peroxide will work but it tastes soooo badly.

well done on your 11 days, you have done so well, i dont know about the ulcers, except sometimes stress causes them, i am in uk , so any otc remedies would be different, i really wish you well, god bless.
