Detoxing off of methadone

Ive been on methadone for almost 11 years. At 45mg. I was told because my qt prolongation was a little high that I would have to come off. Here's the bad part. Want it done in 2 months!!! Are you kidding me. I have other issues with my body. Im going through Hedouble hockey sticks. They did add oxycodone. But you use methadone to get off of other opiates, and if you want off of methadone you have to go veryyyyyyy slowwwwww. I was on 80 mg 25 yrs. ago and it took me 18 months after a first fast 20 mg. drop and then from 60 mg. It took me the 18 months at coming down 3mg. every 3 weeks. I ended up in the er yesterday, and they said it was from detoxing too fast. My blood is all messed up. I dont know what to do to help. Also on alprazolam 1 mg 3x a day but have been on that for a year was on .5 mg. before that at 2 a day. Help! Any suggestions. Only sleeping 3 to 4 hours a night for the last 3 weeks and then Im up and down all night. So very dehydrated. Drinking 70 to 80 ounces of water a day. weight is 136. Have lost 8 lbs so far.

What about going on sub ozone or naltrexone. Ask your doctor about them.
