First day fully with no pills
I m managing somehow right now but last night the s#!+ hit the fan my legs were.out of control. Had to take the day off work any advice on how to subdue the leg symptoms

It's just not safe or ethical for any of us to give dosing instructions for medication (as we're not doctors) This is not about judgement-we all just want you to be safe and healthy. I took clonidine while detoxing but it was prescribed and I checked my BP often. Everyone reacts to medication differently and these things need to be monitored. I know day one is tough...Please hang in there, do the natural stuff and let us know how you are...Oh-and eating is good! I ate as much as possible and it really helped...Lu

I am so glad to hear you are hanging in there lady. I personally cannot condone you taking Clonidine that is not prescribed by a doctor. You are still self-medicating and it is dangerous. It is blood pressure medication and if you don't take it correctly your blood pressure could drop and could put you in a bad situation. We couldn't advise here on how much to take anyway. It violates our guidelines.
You have come so far. I wish you would see a doctor and talk about what you are going through. Have the doctor help you out with your detox.
Please reconsider taking medication you got off the street.

is it little orange pills.I would look up the numbers and make sure.I don't know if we can tell you it's alright to take though.You should go to walmart or pharm and check your bp.Clonidine will help but you need to check out the dosing instructions and warnings etc. btw great job getting through the day and keep it up.You are worth it!
Hey guys so almost through day 1 this is going to sound crazy but all I want to do is eat. LOL. Anyway took a hot shower it helped a LOT. But now my legs are starting to bother me again a friend of my bf dropped off some colonipan to help me but I wanted to check to see if this is ok to take. Did anyone take this before? Is it ok to calm the withdrawel I do not have xanex or anything like that
