What first-Thomas Recipe or Amino Acid Protocal?

I have about 4 pills of suboxone left and I am detoxing down from a pill a day sometine 4-6. This is my last script I cannot get anymore and I cannot stand to be on them. It has been almost 3 years. I am already a health nut and not your common addict. I exercise and eat perfectly. I am in college to become a dietitian. However i do not know which to take? Please help!!!!!!!!!!

You should use each protocol (Thomas & Amino Acid) inconjuction with each other as they have some of the same ingredients.


IBK--Not to be sarcastic (but you know I am) a common addict realizes (sometimes) they have a problem sooo an uncommon addict is in denial. Sorry you left me an opening.

I didn't use either regiment during detox, sorry. Other members will come along who can help you with that.

But, just curious---How does a "common addict" act?
