Did you buy Gatorade and I mean a lot? Plus Imodium liquid helps a lot. Not just for the runs but overall WD. Melatonin for sleep, hot baths, walking.
Hope this helps. I seriously can't emphasize enough how dehydration can make your WD worse and you need electrolytes!

Darn I forgot the gatorade I will drink my kids leftover pedialite lol but I am serious. And I haven't taken the imodium yet. Will that also help calm my stomach with taking all the vitamins too?
Oh I forgot when I went to GNC the rep gave me a viti pack and one of the pills is loaded with caffeine. That is okay to take right? I haven't taken a vitamin with caffeine before so I am sorry to sound stupid but want to know.
Angel, I quit taking the ltryosine because it make me anxious. Quit it for now if it is bothering you. The other stuff does work, at least for me. You are almost around the corner. TAKE the imodium...it really helps with the W/D symptoms.
HI A lot of peopl get the 4 day crash its kinda like your brain finely notices the absence od alll the artificial endorphins.....do everything the obove posters suggested I would also add a good aftercare program you need one on one human interaction with someone that knows what its like.......forchananly this will pass but you will have bad days mixed in with good days for the next month your brain chemistry is all messed up right now and will be for a wile

Well tonight I blamed the vitamins for making me feel bad when my hubby asked me what my problem was- which is half true. I told him I was going to take them for a few days more to see if my stomach will get used to them. At least that will cover me for a few days. I feel so irratable right now it isn't funny. I just want to go to sleep but my mind won't let me. Is that an effect from the L-Tyrosine? PLEASE let me know.
HI lack of sleep is all part of the withdrawals it kinda like you cant get your brain to shut off its frustrating because you so tired your ready to drop unforchanently sleep is the last thing to retun you can try some of the more common remades melatonin works for sum if yuo use that the room must be dark know nightlights vlarairian root helps I did find a great tea its called ...''YOGI''....kava stress releveing tea it works great to relax you you can gooogle it or check walmart they just started carrying it out buy us its worth the 5bucks other then that its a time thing with time you will sleep again stay away from sleep meds the z meds are no better then benzos both are addictive and hard to get off off good luck and God bless......Gnarly
I only took the L-tryosine in the mornings as in the Thomas R. I took only one 500 capsule and it was still too much for me. I may restart it, not sure.
Hi Its good to see you back.Was worried.I would not take that caffeine laced vitamin.If you have taken it this could be a big part of the problem.Great job on the 4 days,I just went and bought a big bottle of whey protein powder from wal mart.It has all of the aminos in it and tastes good.It seems easier and less expensive than the aminos pills.
