To thine own self be true...one day at a time. Congrats and good luck.
its a take-off on an Amy Winehouse song!!
I think that is great news..........put your heart into it and prosper.........
Excellent thats great news,I have also been to re-hab more than ounce. RE-hab for me was like a opportunity to start over, renewed faith in my abilitity to remain clean and sober. The one thing I did was follow their advice an attend meetings 90 in 90 days,as I was unimployed and decided to make meeting a prioritie.I did really well, unfortunately the fact that I was an alcoholic/addict didnt stop me from at the 6 month point to returning to active addiction. In closing again you are in an great position, your battery is recharged.this disease is patient and will tell us,especially when we are doing/feeling great that we are better, and that in my case led me back to active addiction. You dont have to return. Please dont become better, as I know this disease is patient and will wait for our emotions to deceive our intellect. All the best John
Go to meetings and get a sponsor don't forget. LOL. It's amazing what I found out about addiction itself. Thank God for resources to help us all through.
Probably the 3 most important pieces of advise I got in rehab were: go to meetings; go to meetings; and go to meetings.
