I'm still taking Tramadol, sorry to tell you. There was a time a couple of months ago where I took very little (2 pills 3 times daily max), and I felt wonderful and more alert. Then I tried to take a little more and got back into the same habit. I'm going to my doc Tuesday to tell her everything because I am too focused on this and it's annoying the hell out of me.

I'm getting very frustrated with Tramadol. I'm 19 and my back pain has been bad for a few years, I take Tramadol every day and have in the past year and a half. Why do the effects of this drug barely last an hour and a half anymore? Every time I take them, I definitely feel the effects -- it's just the duration has shortened to the point where it's almost nonexistent. Can someone please tell me????
