Hey well I tell ya I ate alot of bannanas and it seemed to really help with the RLS supposidly the potassium is what helps. Sorry you are having such a rough time, but know that it wont last forever and will be feeling much better real soon!

Thanx i will try anything.....This stuff called acai berry has been helping alot. I just found it a little to late..
there is something that helps with RLS...............Potassium...................get you some potassium supplements from the health food store...........also for anxiety get some KAVA..........you can only firnd it at the health food store and it is all natural calming herb..............careful though it can make you sleepy if you have too much............best of luck...

It's wierd..i feel like a bad person for mess'n up. I really didnt feel like a bad person the 1st time.
After all the advice i gave others , now here i am a hypocrite..
you know i don't know about w/d's, but i just wanted to say im proud of ya man, getting back on here to try again. guilt plays a big role in this disease so you have to try to work through it, we are hardest on ourselves, but you should be proud for fighting this. sorry to hear about the problems, i say tackle one at a time and things will fall into place. getting off the pills should be priority so you can do what you need to with a clear head. hang in there bud :)
