Is sex good during opiate withdrawls? lol

I read that having sex during withdraws helps to produce the missing endorphins...I know it sounds funny but what should i do?  My boyfriend is not here and for some reason i keep getting this urge to well, you know...lol...Is this part of my body coming to normal oh and will it takes these freaking headache away?

mommy...Who knows???    Don't get caught up in the negative feelings!!  That's not
productive at all. Yes,the B vitamins help jumpstart your brain. Also, do not underestimate exercise!!  It's a biggie.  It releases endorphins as well!!

This is the time where you need to keep pushing!!  We've all been there and can so relate to you...

Keep drinking and eating!  Move around and try to take the focus off how you're feeling!

You really have to admit this post has lightened things up some..:) It has been a positive post all the way around..Not sure on the depression aspect..I've been supplimenting with B-12 which I am told is suppose to help...
