L-tyrosene is AMAZING!

I don't know who has used this during withdrawls or for energy, but I ordered mine last week..and its been incredible..Soo much focus and energy..my metabolism has changed..Im running and I have more endurance..This is unbelievable because its creating dopamine on its own and supports your thyroid wich boosts your metabolism. I only take i capsule because 2 would be too much..it says 1-2. I know 1 is enough for me..Its meant for anxiety ,depression ADHD and many use it when coming off substance to help with energy loss. The part wich is amazing is I cleaned my kitchen  3 hours last night..pulled out every drawer, cleaned them out , cleaned the fridge...ect..i didn't even do that when i was using..its not a high its just energy and focus..I  recommend this to you all who need a natural way to get better! Check some reviews on google too..Today is day 11 and im still moving forward!

Hi, just want to check in here on this post.  I have been taking Ltyrosine for about 10 days now.  First thing in the morning with my tea, 1000mg, on an empty stomach.  I find my energy increasing about 2 hours later...
I am also on thyroid medicine and antidepressant Celexa.  Pharmacist said I should be ok with just taking 1000 mg a day.  No side effects....I am pleased with this discovery.  My poor little body needs nutrients....so does my brain!!!

Hi weaver71,
Quick question about L-Tyrosine for anxiety sufferers...
I think that I read in another of your posts that you suffer from generalized anxiety, as well, and I'm wondering if L-Tyrosine is a good fit for people like us.  I am already WAY too wound-up anxiety-wise, and that has been my worst symptom (though was also very exhausted for the first week after my last taper) in a very bad way.  Do you have any suggestions?  Just feeling pretty nervous about my CT on  Friday.
Thanks:)

I only took it once in the morning (500mg) so it was worn off by night time. But I've been so tired I never have problems sleeping at night. But I actually dosed off for about a 1/2 hour today during my daughters nap time and the L-tyrosine was in full effect. So it doesn't seem to have ant negative effects on my sleep.

Nooooo... Why am i still laying in bed, its been 8 days taking my tyrosine. I will have to give it more time.
Although i thought i took a turn for the better last weekend having 4 hours of energy sat and sun.
Then back in bed. Im taking 75mg daily efexor and thought it may interupt with each other. The pharmacist lady who is also has a herbal background, researched for me and said they were fine together, and so did the health shop lady where i got it from. I just cannot get over my lack to move.
When i was using heroin i was never a downer, it gave me energy like crys meth did. Now im over 3 mths clean from subs and im getting very impatient.
I am thankful im clean but this is getting beyond a joke : )

per this link there is no addictive potential...buuuut, if we crave or "need' a substance or think we need a substance, I'd say that is addiction. But, I don't believe that there will be a physical component of addiction/dependence.
