i also had the RLS for a long time and the mineral supplements really help... drink tonic water, eat bananas, follow all the advices, you don't lose anything if they don't work.. hey, CONGRATS on your 4 days !!

That stuff gnarly just said really really helps,,I finally caved and got some tonight. It helped sooo much! Im day 22 and still have the restless legs,,,though not as bad the first week! Congrats also Day 4!
Hi go to the store and pick up calcium/magnezum /potassium thase 3 will brig releaf to restless leggs pop 2 od each every 4 to 6 htr and it should take care of your porblem..............................Gnarly
