Need help with some advice about wd from Norco

Had back surgery in 2003 was going great, for almost 5 years pain free could function like a "normal' person.  Found a job I loved and was great at it, come to find out it was not the best thing for my back. I have been on Norco, for 21/2 yrs and Soma for about a year and recently been seeing a pain specialist, well he took me off of both and put me on a Fentanyl patch well he gave me 3, 72 hr. patches, He had to reschedule our fist appointment for "injections" and I ran out of patches and had not been taking my Norco or Soma since Sunday Aug. 9th. When I called to inform them , they told me he would not prescribe ANYTHING without seeing me first and I was not rescheduled to see him until Thursday Aug. 13th. Well I guess this is where I am getting into my question. I KNOW I am going through WD's the problem is this is my first time of EVER using any narcotics for this long, Please don't judge me, I am asking for help... What ALL are the signs /symptoms of withdrawal?  I have not slept for more then 12 hour for days now, I have an upset stomach, lightheadedness, when I do eat I get so sick, and have diarrhea and that's not including the inability to sit or lay still for more than 3 seconds. I just cant believe a Doctor would let people go thorough this without ANY help, suggestions, non- addicting med. ANYTHING.  It is going on 6 days now and I don't know how long I can do this. Is there ANY OTC vitamins, supplements that can help take the edge off and maybe let me sleep or even rest?  Thanks to all
Kelly

OMG, see?  I am sorry. Yes I got my injection (steroid) Thursday and a prescription for Fentanyl 75mg patches too. ( I am very reluctant to fill) so far the shot are actually helping.  Apparently Thursday was a "procedure' day  and I was not "scheduled" to actually talk to the doctor, so I didn't.  I did mention it to the nurse whom took me into the procedure room, and again I thought I was going to get to talk to the doctor, I realize ignorance is no excuse, but it is mine currently.
