Need help

How can I fet off of vicodin. It all started with foot surgery. I think my doctor was a little pill happy. 1000s 5 times a day. No one know but my hubby....there was a time when I went two day without any. I thought I was gonna die...the withdrawals were terrifying . Is there a pill I can take to ease the withdrawl and be done for good. Please help

So you're clean Hun? You haven't taken the Vic's in 3 days? How are you doing? You should start a new post starting off your clean time. I hate missing your comments and I never see this one on my little dinky phone until you're long gone again. Please don't go away,stay close to is on this site. I'm proud of you,so so proud of you!! And yes AA OR NA are a must for you. Even the "shrink" if you don't want to go to a meeting yet. But something for sure.

How do you feel? You sound much better than you did before you left. I am praying that the worst is over for you and you can move forward now. Keep me posted.

It was a detox center. I was gone for three days. The first 30 hours were hard but they gave me medication. I feel good. Now I start NA meetings. I asked the docs if this was long enough just three days and they said yes...when I left they told me a was fully detoxed and now I need to see a shrink and go to meetings.

I'm really glad to hear this! Are you sure it's not a detox centre though? Rehab is usually a lot longer than 5 days. I'll be here when you get back. And you're always in my prayers!! xox
