Need to stop Norco 10/325 at 4xDay

After a motorcycle accident in late Aug 2014, I was prescribed Norcor. I have been taking 4-5 pills per day since September 2014. I would like to stop taking them. What recommendations would you suggest to help the transition?

I am 52 years old (male), in excellent health, exercise 3X a week or more, don't smoke or drink alcohol. I am underemployed and I have clinical depression, although most people would probably not think I have this challenge.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi and welcome!  Since you are taking a small amount you may not have that hard of a time!  And it sounds like you are healthy so thats a plus too!!!  Look up the Thomas Recipe on here and  it gives some suggestions for supplements and stuff to take to help the withdrawals easier!   You may have a few bad days, like the flu, but it will pass and you will feel better!  Are you on any anti depressants?  I think it helped me when I detoxed to be on them!  Keep posting and let us know how you are doing!

I have come off Norco so many times. The good thing is that you are not on an extreme amount, even though it feels that way to you. I'm new to the site but from what I understand we are not suppose to post schedules. I would be happy to share some info with you, just send me a message and we will talk.
