I know from info about quitting cigarettes (which I haven't.... but that will come after this one), that finding another habit helps. It has to be a good one of course. I guess it helps to get you out of your head when you're obsessing over how you feel. I just don't know what to try. I'm already a reading junkie so that wouldn't be new. I used to do martial arts and my son is in that but that was something I did with my husband so I really don't want to do it.
So have any of you that have been successful done this even if you didn't do it consciously? What are your good habits/hobbies/activities?
