Good morn everyone im not in a band, I don't have drums got rid of them because I have no were to play them my cousin in a 80s band im gonna call him see if his drummer will let me sit in, some day I will get another drum kit, thanks every one I hope to see you all maybe never know, im feeling good took my last 4mgs today, john

thanks you have helped me so much, so far ok took my last 4mgs today no wds on 4mgs im really surprised, I ask jesus to help me I belive he has, I will keep in touch John

HI john  well you have done a good taper so far  will see how the last withdrawal goes  you shold be ok with everting but sleep  try to keep the diet good wile you go threw this  and remember to force the fluids  just keep in mind methadone is very cyclic   let me know how it goes for you  im on a library computer  so im only on a few time a week  good luck to you and God bless............Gnarly
