No greens = No sleep

Well it's Saturday morning and I haven't slept since jumping off cold on Tuesday night.  My DOC was Lorcet 10 / 650's - 8 to 10 p/day for about 12mths.  It would be so easy to just get some and make it all go away. But I know that is the absolute worst thing I could do.  These last three days of hell would all have been nothing if I go back now.  I just wish I could get some sleep instead of just laying in bed sweating, feeling like there's a hamster running flat out on a wheel in my head and my legs are about to snap off!  Reading all of your posts and replies on this site have been reassuring, I must say.  A lot of good advice here.  Good luck to everyone else out there going through this too.

Thanks scaredmom,  I'm real careful OTC sleep aids and benedryl etc most of them have Diphenhydramine sp? in them which give me restless legs at the best of times.  I normally take melatonin but no joy from it so far.  Just gotta stick it out I guess.  Thanks again.

Sorry I don't have any advise on the sweating, someone had said you can buy otc detox tea that might help but I am not sure on that. contgrats 4 days clean you are almost there. keep posting. good luck
