Oxy stop

I have begun a process to get off oxy10s- a relatively low dose (10mg 2xday) but long term(32mos,) with 1-2 5mg for breakthrough 2-3 times a week regimen. I am now looking at hour # 46 since my last pill. Yesterday was kinda rough physically but not nearly as hard as many of the posts I've seen. Is the worst yet to come? I went to one a day and my doc has suggested I go to one every other day but I'm thinking of just plowing through at this point if the worst is over. I would appreciate any fast responses from those in the know.

I take the same medication.  I'm supposed to take 30mg's a day but I've been up to 50mg's or so.  I can tell you that if you're at hour number 46 you're in great shape.  Usually for me it's all over by day 5 and the worst of it is over at day 3 or 4.  You may have some risidual effects from the long term use but if you're this far along, you're outta the woods.

ur lucky working with low dose. But b prepared for some exhaustion n depresssion. I went ct. Four days ct but higher dose. Then whent on xanax for day time depression n Valium at night I have just stopped those yesterday without doc consent but feel great. Day 10 for me.

I would suggest just plowing thru at this point. I can't garantee the worst is over but, you'll get it over with quick. If you continue to take them you'll just be postponing the enevitable.  Just jump in and get it over with.  You probably only have 2 more days of feeling alittle ruff.  Just do it, you'll be happy you did.   Remember, getting off them is easy, staying off is the hard part.   I would also highly reccomend flushing all left over pills. If you don't, you Will end up taking them.  Keep posting and let us know how your doing. We're here for you.
