I should have said that I quit norco altogether but insomnia coupled with the intense anxiety prompted me to take 1/2 norco, as of today took full 10 mg. have PTSD so am in a jam.

If you really want to quit then you have to suffer thru the insomnia.  I know it's hard but you have no choice.   As for the PTSD, well that is something you either live with or get help with.  Been there and done that.  If I had a choice to do it all again, I would get help.  I really hope you do too.

not unusuale,  dont worry so much.....it will prolong and draw out wdraws, but ive done the same same thing a hundred times,,,...idont really know about ptsd....opiates aint generally prescribed for that,,,,,,.. but you prolly already know that...hang in there.....ask any quetions and someone with more smarts will be along shortly................kk
