one day at a time..     BUT..    some time it is one min and a time ...   your disease is on you and on you hard. ... do you go to meetings  and have a "we"  ?  use the phone and call people in your "we"  ... did you do all to to get it in?  well put that in to staying clean ....   you can do it ... but you got to do it for you and only you...  are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?   i know i was and there are other out there try do get just a day clean...  one day is a miracle..

especially if it is that minute where you have got off your lazzy but...got your atm card and are headed to go score...but you turn around...and go home those are miraculous minutes that we that our higher power for

and sometimes one minute clean is a miracle...one hour clean is a gift and 24 hors clean is just down right awesome!
