I think that the Subatex does not have the opiate inhibitor that suboxone has. But that's all that I know... go to the website?
That is correct, Subutex does not contian naloxone(narcan) which is an opiate inhibitor. Therefore you can take it right away. However most Dr's will only prescribe Suboxone because of that very reason. It makes it so you can't cheat and take ant other opiates with it.
God Bless,

In England it isn't like that for some reason. I have taken subutex too close to my last hit and had really bad withdrawals. I tried to cure the yuckyness by smoking a hit afterward with no effect. Maybe the subutex i got was different. i am not sure...

WAIT, WAIT, WAIT
Subutex is absolutely an opiate receptor agaonist. Wow, do not take this unless you are in opiate withdrawals or you will go into SEVERE withdrawals.
The biggest lesson here, is call a doctor. None of us are experts. The only reason I know the difference between Suboxone and Subutex is because I was on the both.
Suboxone and Subutex are the exact same drug (Buprenorphine). Buprenorphine basically blocks the opiate receptors and does not allow them to give you a high if you take a full opiate.
NOW, the difference is Suboxone has a drug added called Naloxone.
This is from the Suboxone website:
Suboxone contains buprenorphine as well as the opioid antagonist naloxone to deter the abuse of tablets by intravenous injection. Controlled trials in human subjects suggest that buprenorphine and naloxone at a 4:1 ratio will produce unpleasant withdrawal symptoms if taken intravenously by patients who are addicted to opioids.
So bascially Suboxone is given to prevent IV use of the drug.
SO please call a doctor regarding this issue.

My doctor don't prescribe subutex and the suboxone I'm on I get real sick and my suboxone doctor thinks it's because if the naloxone in it but yet my doc don't give subutex. I never snorted drugs and never iv any drugs with needles nor am I'm interested in selling them. My doc can do a pill count and drug tests. I want to get better no abuse the subutex in any means my doctor wants to try me on bunavail which still contains a little bit of naloxone in it. But if I try that and still get sick what will my doctor do stop my treatment? Being that they don't prescribe the buprenorphine pill without the naloxone..
