If it makes you feel any better, sleep WILL come! I seriously thought I would NEVER sleepa again the first 2 weeks of detox, but now that's all I want to do!! I'm really trying to listen to my body, and let it heal. Vitamins have really helped me, maybe you can go that route? B-Complex is great! I agree with sway1, if we sit around waiting to feel better, we (or at least I), will only do what I know what will make me feel better, and thats not what I want to do today. Meetings, meetings meetings for me!

for me this has meant a whole lifestyle change. sitting around waiting to feel better led me to relapse more times than i can count. if you don't change things in a major way, then what is going to be different. you can stop taking pills and still not really recover. i had to put all the energy i put into using into recovering, every single day. that is alot of energy. i am at peace and centered. all my speed dials now are people who are in recovery instead of people who wanted to keep me sick so they could get my money. if you take the time to read this page, not just the posts, but everything, you can be on your way to a better way of life. this thing takes hard work and faith, but it is attainable for all of us. sway
Day 14 for me, and I can't get enough sleep. No stomach ache yet tho...but totally exhausted. I keep going from up to down days... and on many of them wish i had a few oxys to get me by. But then, I wouldn't have made two weeks, would I?
