Hi and welcome to forum, you got 5 hours sleep which is great I Know the anxiety is crazy but just remember to stay positive it does get better, For me when I started to feel the anxiety I would go for a walk or even run. Try and not fight it I know that sounds weird just remember its going to pass stay positive and remember everyday every hour life gets better your body is healing and will return to normal. You got 5 hours sleep that's actually really good.
Do have some type of support at home when you start to feel the anxiety it helps if you have someone to talk with you, give you support. You are going to start feeling better make sure you have gotten rid of your pill source because when you start to feel better if you have a source it whispers to you and tries to call you back in if you eliminate it there is no issues with that and also make sure you set up some type of aftercare maybe group meetings even it helps alot to ensure you stay off the pills .

Hey I'm on day 8 and last night I had such bad anxiety. I actually went to the gym and sweated really hard and it made it much better. I also talked to some people to keep my mind off it. Take some deep breaths. You r in the home stretch. Few more up n down days then it will mainly be up
