Closing in on a month and feeling better everyday

Well,I think I got this licked..With the help of Family and all of u,I feel I can do anything again.Well,except for the gym and running a marathon..lol.. The pain is still here but,I am trying to get around more and do more around the house..Back to being a Taxi for my Son and Hubby..So I have to get out at least 4 times a day and drive.lol.. I am sleeping 4-6 hours,which is good for me..Still getting up to pee..I think I will have to address that with a doc when Im ready to go to one.. Getting old *****,on the body...lol..I will be 54 years young on Saturday..Gotta run pick up the kid from work..Keep on going..we got this..Hugs

Good for you! That's a huge feat. You should be so proud of yourself. Rooting for ya, 1 day at a time.  I am a big believer in Aleve. I'm 32 been in construction my whole life, body aches in the mornings & I gotta say Aleve helps my body get movin. Take care

Hey girl  good for you im so happy your coming out of this so quickly a month rocks sure wish it only took me a month you will find that regular old fashine meds like ibuprofin and tylonal will work now your sleeping like me  I think it is just part of the aging process im greatful to get 6hr a night keep pushing forward I think you got this one to.........................................Gnarly.....................................................
