Trying

I have had a couple surgeries back to nack and was giving oxycodone  10-325.  Been using them everyday for about 7 months.  Always gave Dr excuse why the pain was bad.  Anyhow I would use 4 pills a day the most but now my body needs the pill.   If I don't take it then I get a feeling where I need them or my muscles in my arms bother me.   I got it down to one another date but don't want any!  I need it but then feel like everyone is looking at me like I am high.  I get paranoid and feel miserable but still take it.  Any advice?   By the way,  it is crazy my wife doesn't notice but I feel normal by the end of the day.  I can forget about it but I have to stay busy.  I have went half a day where I was busy and didn't think about it but once I settle down is when I crave it.
Thanxiety for any help

Basically I was giving the oxy 10-325 after a couple surgeries and ended up getting hooked on them (Constantly using them for past 7 months).  I am not heavy into it but I need at least one pill a day or my arms and legs bother me and I just keep thinking about the pill how its going to settle all of that but once I take it then I settle down but I feel miserable and wish I never took the pill, then feel paranoid because I deal with the public and I feel people are looking at my eyes and can tell I am high.   I am trying to break the habit this weekend.  Its been 24 hours since I had my last pill ( usually take the pill at 8am every day on my way to work) and I am trying not to take anymore.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
