like valarian root for sleep. melatonin too. plus cold medicines,nasal sprays have been know to help at night. some have sworn by bananas too.
rhodiola root for alertness,russian cosmonauts used it. plus energy drinks and I like weight lifting mixes that are loaded with aminos,like L-tyrosine and a bunch of protein. milk has l-tyrosine in it I noticed.
all these things help with WD's, but nothing makes them go away except TIME. and teh longer you used and the more you used, the more TIME it will take. they definitely can help take the edge off,of the 10 different Wd's symptoms that an individual goes through when they are wd from major opiate and opioid addictions
