I have no ambition, no drive, I dont want to move!, Im still sick, and more emotional than ever! I have cried and cried and cried. . .  What the f uckis wrong with me shouldnt this have subsided by now?!? But it only continues to worsen!!!!!!!!!!!!

7 days and no drugs?  No, you shouldn't.  You're fine.  Go to meetings, keep busy and the depression will pass.  Also, have you talked to you Dr.?  Maybe you need an antidepressant.  In any event, to feel depressed in the first few weeks after coming off opiates is absolutely normal - but it will pass.  Hang in there.

Look, I don't know the pills you talk about but at 100 each they sound as if they have the same kick as one of my heroin habits from days of old. And I imagine 2-3 and/or snorting just emphasises the effect. Day 7 is early days yet - its huge, I know it feels like a century - but as far as your poor old neurotransmitters and cells are concerned it is early.

I too was going nuts "counting the days" with all these expectations that I should be better by now and so on - and then I realised that the expectations were stuffing with my mood and spirits and approach. It really just is how it is, just for today - yes, "should" be better, wish it was better, but it ain't - so I am just working on accepting however I feel for today.

The emotional too I have found takes an alltogether different trajectory to the physical - physical get better two steps forward one step back, but I am being slammed by all those feelings you describe - rage, depression, no interest, hopeless etc.

Just hang in please, hang in there mate - just for today, deal just with today

Like others have said..Day 7 is still early. Just remember that all of these feelings are the withdrawals talking. It does get better..it does lift. It just takes a bit of time. Please, be easy on your self. Give yourself some time to heal. You didn't get into this addiction over night. It won't get better over night. 7 Days is early..but, things should get better soon. For me, things got much better at day 10 or so..

i am day 7 too.  i thought i was doing a little better this morning.  i am STRESSED OUT & anxious & that damn electicity feeling.   i am sorry it is not a good day
