Hey Jimmy, I think a 5 day rehab would serve you well. I f the option is there, I'd take advantage. Try not to take the sub route. Only as a life saving, last ditch effort. Where are you in your usage now?
Yeah, I think a lot of us are full of crap at some point. Mt. Dew and coffee will actually dehydrate you. A little is okay, but get electrolytes and water in you. Emergen-C made the water go down easier for me, and it has B vitamins and electrolytes. Love your attitude, I couldn't even joke or laugh at 8 days. Thanks for the chuckle.
That is the funniest stuff I've heard in a while. With the trots, make sure you are drinking a lot of water. Totally normal, and your body is trying to rid itself of all of those toxins. Let it happen, but get a lot of water back into the system. Mountain Dew is "nectar of the Gods" but water is key. Keep some Dew around and have a few, but flood that water.

Hi A little update still detoxing and now at 5 mg 2 x a day. Feeling pretty good. I think my regiment is helping along with trusting in God that it all work out. I'm confident I'll be off shortly. I want to try to get as low as possible before stopping. Not sure how this will work out. If things just get where the dose just will not hold me, even after the normal 5-7 days, which has been working so far, then I'll just stop. May go into a 5 day rehab here, that all I'm allowed with my insurance. If I'm ok then, I'll just work this out, if things are not well enough where I can handle it I'll try Suboxone for 2-3 weeks at the most. The last thing I want is another habit on that! I'll update when I'm able to, hopefully when it's over.
Ok. Thanks for the advice. Im trying to drink water, but I love mountain dew. Just wanted to share that story.
The trots can last a few weeks. Eat right and stay hydrated. 2 months after my detox,,well Ill just say one friday night ended up with EMS at my house and me on the toilet. I went from one extreme to the other and passed out on the toilet!! stay HYDRATED!!
HAHAHA, I had uhh hummm, bathroom issues for a month. I feel your pain. Stay on a bland diet, rice, bananas, boiled chicken etc. Before you know it your system will level out. We abouse our bodies for so long, and it takes some TLC to get it working again. Keep it up!
