Right on! Day 1 is a big accomplishment. Just keep a positive mindset and know that you are strong. Day 6 today for me and so far so good. Just need to keep busy to keep the mind from wandering and busy enough to be tired enough to sleep.

You hang in there and keep us the awesome work! Be sure to give your mom an extra hug for being there for you through this. You can never have too much support.
