i agree with fourjays - this post just tells me/us that you've got it in you to "do some time" clean. now let's see if we can't put a few extra zeros on the end of that 30 days, shall we?
you know what helped me when i relapsed after two months sober? i got up every morning and cleaned my house. you're going to be SHOCKED to see what sort of progress you make when you're in a clean home. i did everything humanly possible to continue to live a normal life. when i would go out in my car just to drive around and get some fresh air - it was 30 degrees outside and i was burning up, sweating because of the WD symptoms. but it felt so good to just drive and blare the music.
So you know you have it in you, and the fact that you are back at it again proves it. Get through the next day or so and it will start to get better. You are human and it happens, as it did to me (a few times), and to lots of others. Think about how you feel right now and know that you will never have to feel this way again. I know I'm never goin back there . . . . . you know what to do!
Hang in there . . . every minute gets you closer :)
Hi diito from above...Do not beat your self up...Just take it as a lesson and post it for others to make it a blessing. For me when I read this It makes me go back to day one and remember how tuff it is when we use and come clean...It a min by min thing and the aftercare and here is a god-send.
God Bless keep up the good work u can do it...

Hey just hang in there and keep trying. Are you getting a script every month and then running out? relapsing, running out again?
If you are it will probably be very hard to be successful until you get rid of it.
Sometimes it takes more than 30 days to start feeling better. You can do it
Glad you posted! Just hang tough. You made it almost 30 days last time so you can do this. You know it gets better in a few days!! Keep posting for support!
