beautiful day to be clean
what a beautiful day outside here in buffalo ny! the perfect day/weather to enjoy sobriety. i'm finding this warm weather and bright sunshine are helping my mood A LOT. still have to wear a sweat jacket all the time cause i feel a bit colder than usual since i hoped of the opiates but hey i'm not complaining.
Beautiful up here in chilly Canada too! Just hiked 5 km with the dogs and let the sun shine on my face, soaking up all the warmth I can!

Its been lovely over England to. Its 8:45pm dark now. But been in garden all day.

It is gorgeous here too! And I'm in the same spot, still really sensitive to temperatures. But just keep working hard to accomplish your goal, it will all be worth it!
