hey guys i`vee been using temgesic for 4-5 years going in and out of dtok i dont las3 more of 3 months without shooting myself, the question here is what is the best choice? going for buprenorphine pills or keep shooting my veins, 2 years ago i got very sick i got ischemia and almost died, so i dont wamt to keep gaming my life like this, for i am not sick im just an addict of bupe and want to spend less money, use less drug i daily use 3x 0.30mg/1ml what should i do to low the dose?

hey weaver71, i just woke up, yesterday i did 2 amps, and today i will go and try to find a clinic or some help. because i cant live like this no more, i havent found N/A groups yet, but i think thats is what i need, because i only last 3 months clean, i need something to believe in, i believe the 12 steps are something miraculous in many people´s life,

Hey kipy, you still out there. Mexico City can be a lonely place. I always felt like people where following and actually caught a couple trailing me. It is a nightmare sometimes when you are awake. thanx for your interest guys and support, yes i think the best choice for me is a clinic or a dtox because of the symptoms, at night i daily have this lige awake nightmares and i fight try not to sleep but while sleep i notice myself awake trying to move to awake and im not able to, those things scare me alot today i only have shot myself 1 ampoule and i hope dont to do more till tomorrow, wish me luck guys and if you mind pray for my health, because my mind isnt well also..

You might make some friends in an NA meeting that could help with making a plan. It's obvious you want to quit, so do what it takes. End connections and make new ones. Rehab does seem appropriate, but talking to NA members in person is a good place to start. Good luck.
