codine withdrawal???

Going to detox starting today.  I wasn't taking much have tapered to a very low dose.  But already feeling horrible.  I have two little ones 3 years and 4 months.  I am a SAHM and I just want to know what to expect I am nervuos about being home with my guys.  I feel like the depression and the stomach is already coming on.  Can anyone give me some guidance?

You need to just hang in there....ask your doctor for some clonidine and drink plenty of water or gatorade....I drink boost because I have not been able to eat...everything smells terrible and makes me want to hurl. Keep telling yourself...I just have the flu...I just have the flu.....ask for help from friends or family...you dont have to tell them the real deal, just that you are sick and need to rest. Believe me, Im 42 year old mom and regret everyday a wasted being high and not with them emotionally.....I cheated my kids out of a real mom...dont let that happen to you....If you can give birth....YOU CAN DO ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
