You are SO welcome! I'm so glad some of these things are working for you.
And yeah, RLS is tricky - I still get bouts of that from to time now and I'm almost 8 months clean. So although I'm no Dr., I just wanted to share that with you in the hopes that it might just be an annoyance with you for a while longer too. And keep trying the bananas for the potassium - although they may not have helped early on, the longer your body is clean, the more "open" it will be to other alternatives to feeling better.
SO glad you found your way back. Stay strong! :)

You too tino - thanks. :) p.s. and yeah, appetite returning is normal. so enjoy eating again as your body probably needs those nutrients in the food anyway, so it's all good!
Yes i know and it has been a long couple months for my son....the first month i tried to quit 4 times and on the 5th day i just messed up every time... my last run i did it but i used zanax to do it... it worked but i think im having some problems with the zanax also but it might just be in my head.....netherless i am way better then i was last month and i am finally starting to get active...it is crazy how much my appetite went... when i was on suboxen i ate mabey 2 times a day...I eat EVERY 2 hours.. i wake up in the middle of the night and woof down some leftovers.... i dont think i have ever ate so much in my life... lol...Thank you so much for the helpfull tips i will update u on my sleep in the am!!!! Have a great night!!!
You are VERY welcome!!! I just put in "quinine" as one of the drugs since I figured it was the quinine in the hylands that was the active ingredient. But nonetheless you found what you needed and I'm SO happy about that! Good luck tonight - and hope you get some really good sleep as you deserve it. You're doing a good thing here so don't ever lose sight of that! :)
i found it on another drug interaction website... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
i am looking up the interactions right now... that is so funny u mentioned melatonin cause i was taking melatonin and advil pm at night and i felt horrible which i thought it was the melatonin so i stopped that the other night thinking it was that but i now know it was the advil pm....i will start taking the melatonin and drop the advil pm tonight and i bet it will make a difference....i cant seem to find the hylands under the interactions... i assume that is one of them sense the other 2 have no interactions.... is there anyway to message me??? if there isnt a way to message me u think i should just take the colonidine and melatonin tonight and give that a shot???? Thank you so much u have been a great help!!! much appreciated

It just occured to me that the OTC sleep aids (like the PM product you mentioned) gave me HORRIBLE RLS, never mind the fact that they didn't help me sleep at all!
The melatonin has been much more effective in helping me sleep - you might want to give that a try? :)
ya i got some of the hylands with quinine at rite aid...i think ur right something i am taking at night either advil pm the hylands and the colonodine is causing a interaction... the only way i can sleep is taking advil pm and colonodine..the hylands does help though...im trying to figure out if i should just come off the colonodine if it is much use with just the RLS...it makes me really tired and i drag#$% all day!!
Bananas are great for RLS - something to do with their potassium content.
And there's also a product called Hylands Restful Legs with quinine - many members here swear by this relief also. Good luck to you. :) p.s. but be careful with drug interactions with the quinine so check with your pharmacist first to make sure it's okay to take with any drugs you're still on.
sorry dont want it to make me look like i am at day 25 and nothing is better... a lot is better just have severe RLS and dont know what to do or when it will go away or when i should come off colonodine...
Good luck to you! :)
